High Street – Belmont

This site was an existing office building with ground level undercover parking. The project was to add another level of offices to the top level and add in a lift. GLS have been involved with this project from the very start. We were initially engaged to complete a Feature and Level Survey to AHD and also of the Internal Structure along with a Title Re-establishment Survey. This allowed the architect to design the new levels by keeping the existing structure onsite. Once approval was issued for the new development by the City of Greater Geelong, we were then engaged to complete a Construction Setout of the proposed building. This involved marking out levels onsite, setting out the lift shaft, columns and walls. Just recently we were also involved in the Lease Plans for the office spaced.
