Ashbury Street – Ocean Grove

GLS have been involved with the initial consultation with the client to determine the best way forward to complete a 2 Lot Subdivision of the site. Firstly we have completed the Title Re-establishment Survey and Feature and Level Survey which has been passed on to the architect to design the rear dwelling. Once designed the construction will start then GLS will be invoiced in gaining the Planning Permit to Subdivision form the City of Greater Geelong Council which will then turn into a 2 Lot Submission which GLS will carry through to registration at the Titles Office.
