On this site the owner wanted to develop the site but after a Feature & Level Survey and Title Re-establishment Survey was carried our onsite GLS discovered that the boundaries did not fit with the surrounding fences and also the surrounding titles. We then recommended to amend the title using an Application Survey under Section 99 of the TLA 1958. This would allow the developer to maximize their area of land to maximize the development and not be restricted.
Geelong Land Surveyors is a relatively new business established in mid 2016. The company was a result of a subsidiary company of Melbourne Land Surveyors which has been operating in Melbourne since 2006.
